Penwith Community Development Trust (PCDT) has the following Vacancies:

Business Development Manager

Salary £32,819 (37.5 hours per week)

PCDT is looking to appoint a dynamic highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to become part of the leadership team to lead on all aspects of income generation, including sales and fundraising.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role and be educated to degree level with a proven track record of generating restricted and unrestricted funds for Voluntary/Community Sector organisations.

A full driving licence & own transport is required.

PR & Marketing Officer

Salary £24,303 (pro rata £14,582 for 22.5 hours per week)

PCDT is looking to appoint a dynamic and creative Marketing and PR professional to support our Business Development Manager to promote and implement new ideas, develop new markets and partnerships and raise PCDT’s profile across Cornwall.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role and be educated to degree level.

You will have a proven track record for designing and implementing effective Marketing and PR activities.

A full driving licence & own transport is required.

Executive Assistant

Salary £24, 303 (pro rata £14,582 for 22.5 hours per week).

PCDT is looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Leadership Team to deliver against the Trust’s business plan and to meet all policy, governance and HR requirements.

You will have experience of working within the Voluntary Sector, excellent ICT skills and a relevant Secretarial or Administrative qualification at Level 3 or above.
